Historical migrations are metered with migration credits — $1 per document, purchased in your workspace and consumed as records import. Migration is separate from subscription recipient allowances.

What is a unique recipient?
One person who receives one or more new Arrota records from your organisation during your current contract year.
What if I issue multiple records to the same person?
They still count as one recipient during that contract year.
Are documents unlimited?
Arrota includes multiple eligible records per recipient, subject to technical, security and abuse-prevention limits.
What happens if we exceed our plan?
Arrota contacts your organisation to agree appropriate capacity or a different plan. Ordinary overage does not silently delete records.
Can individuals use Arrota for free?
Yes. Individual accounts are free during Arrota’s first year.
How much does migration cost?
Migration is free during the beta. After the beta, scope and pricing are agreed with your organisation based on volume and complexity.
What is formal employment verification?
An authorised business submits employment claims for comparison with an eligible employer-confirmed record. Arrota returns field-level outcomes, not the private source record.
How much does verification cost?
Verification is included in every plan — a verifier checks a record through the verifier workspace or the API at no per-check cost. Seats beyond your plan's limit are billed $12/recipient at the end of the cycle, never blocked.
Does verification expose private documents?
No. A structured verification can confirm eligible facts without automatically exposing sensitive source documents.
