No. You pay for the people you actively manage in Arrota, which can be much lower than your total headcount.
Yes. Starter is free for up to 10 active recipients and includes up to 5 documents per recipient.
Annual plans are billed once per year at the equivalent of 10 monthly payments, giving you two months of service free.
Growth becomes the appropriate plan at 101 active recipients. The first billable capacity is 110 recipients at $164 per month.
Growth and Scale add capacity in blocks of 10. Growth blocks are $15 per month and Scale blocks are $16 per month.
Scale becomes the recommended plan. It begins with 500 recipient capacity and includes Skills Intelligence.
