Revoke a private share

Stop a private link from showing your records, immediately.

Revoke a link
- In your Vault, select Share profile.
- Under Your links, find the link. Each one lists the records it shows and the date it is active until.
- Select Revoke.
Revoking works immediately. The link stops showing your records the moment you select it, and anyone who opens it afterwards cannot see them.
Expired and revoked links
A link shows as Expired after seven days and as Revoked once you revoke it. Neither can be switched back on. To share again, create a new link. See Share a record privately.
Access requests
If someone has asked to see your records through Arrota, the request appears under Access requests in your Vault. You choose exactly what they may see before you approve it.
