About Arrota

Trusted record infrastructure for organisations and individuals.

Arrota connects the organisations that confirm important records with the people who need to keep, share and use them.

How trust works

Why Arrota exists

Important records are real. Access to them is not.

Qualifications, employment records and professional achievements often end up scattered across organisations, PDFs and systems that stop working once the relationship ends.

Arrota was created to keep the organisation connected to the record while giving the individual control over how that record is kept and shared.

Vision & mission

Vision

Important records should stay useful wherever life takes you.

A world where trusted records remain connected to their source, accessible to the people they belong to, and easy to check when needed.

Mission

Build the infrastructure that keeps records connected.

Arrota helps organisations issue and maintain trusted records while giving individuals a secure place to keep, share and use them.

Operating principles

How we think about trusted records.

Source over appearance
Trust starts with knowing where the record came from.
History over snapshots
Corrections, replacements and revocations remain part of the record.
Evidence before judgment
Arrota shows evidence and status without judging the person behind the record.
Recipient control
People decide what is public and what is shared privately.

Company and founder

Arrota began with a recurring problem.

Ryan Sinha founded Arrota after nearly seven years at Turnitin, where working with educational institutions, administrators and users repeatedly exposed the same problem: important qualifications and professional records are often scattered across organisations, documents and disconnected systems.

Arrota was created to keep the organisation as the source while giving individuals more control over the records they earn.
