Who can become an Arrota issuer?
Organisations that are the legitimate source of the records they issue. Issuer access is reviewed rather than self-serve.
Can recipients receive records without already having an Arrota account?
Yes. Records are delivered directly; recipients claim them into a vault when they choose to.
Can we import historical records?
Yes. Historical records are imported with their original issue dates and enter the same lifecycle controls.
What happens if a record needs correcting later?
The correction is applied as a dated event and the earlier state is preserved — nothing is silently overwritten.
What does Arrota review about an issuer?
Arrota reviews the organisation’s identity and domain during onboarding. It does not accredit or endorse issuers.
Can Arrota connect to our systems?
Yes — API keys and signed webhooks for programmatic issuance, with delivery history and retries.
