Is the Vault free?
Yes. Creating a vault and receiving records issued to you through Arrota is free.
Who can see my records?
Only what you choose to show. You pick which records appear on your public profile, and anything else is shared only through private links you control.
Can I add my own documents?
Yes, where supported. Anything you upload is labelled as self added, never as issuer issued.
What happens if an organisation changes or revokes a record?
The change is added to the record’s history. A corrected record shows what changed and when, and a revoked record stays in your vault, marked revoked. An organisation cannot edit your profile or decide which other records you keep and share.
Can I share records privately?
Yes. Create a link with only the records you choose, set when it expires, and revoke it at any time.
Can I use my records outside Arrota?
Published records keep a stable verification link that works without an Arrota account, and eligible credentials can be exported in Open Badges 3.0 format.
What does Trust Score measure?
How much source-backed evidence exists across your records. It never rates your ability, character or trustworthiness.
