Issued vs claimed

Track which records have been claimed.

Claiming is the moment a recipient takes ownership. Claim rate gives you a direct view of delivery health: are the intended recipients receiving and claiming the records you issue?

  • ·Claimed: recipients took ownership of their records.
  • ·Pending claim: issued and waiting. Unused claim links expire according to policy.
  • ·Claim rate: claimed ÷ issued. It reports the outcome without inferring why a record was not claimed.
