For employers

Employment records your team can stand behind.

Maintain employer-confirmed records for current and former employees. Set disclosure policy once; Arrota handles eligible routine matches and routes exceptions to the right team.

What this is not

Not a recruiting platform. Not candidate search.

Arrota is not a marketplace of candidates, a ranking of talent, or a way to shop for people. It is record infrastructure: employers issue, employees keep, verifiers check. If a feature would turn records into surveillance, it doesn’t get built.

Records an employer can stand behind

Employer-confirmed records, issued by you.

Employment records

Role, tenure, and standing issued by the employer rather than self-declared on a profile.

Appointment and experience letters

Bring the documents HR already produces into a durable, checkable record system.

Internal credentials

Training completions and internal qualifications with the organisation as source.

Workplace licences

Safety and regulatory qualifications with expiry and renewal built into the record.

Achievement records

Awards and recognitions people carry between jobs.

Additional record types

Other HR record types can be scoped during implementation.

After the last day

You stay the source. They keep the proof.

Employee keeps proof

Records are designed to remain accessible after the working relationship ends, subject to Arrota’s published retention terms.

Employees control sharing

Former employees choose what to share and with whom. Private links are scoped, expiring, and revocable.

Future employers verify

The next organisation can open the record and inspect its Source and current Status directly.

Corrections and lifecycle

Correct employment records with full History.

A wrong title or end date is corrected through a traceable process with the previous value preserved. Revocations and supersessions remain visible where they apply.

Your questions answered

Frequently asked questions.

Can recruiters search our employees’ records?

No. Arrota does not provide candidate search, a talent index, or a recruiter marketplace. Records are checkable through public or authorised private workflows; they are not browsable.

What happens to records when someone leaves?

Records already claimed stay with the holder, with the employer still named as source. Access is designed not to depend on remaining an employee.

Can we revoke an employment record?

Where relevant, yes. The withdrawn record stays visible with its Status and History.

Does this integrate with our HR system?

Where supported, you can start with the dashboard and imports, then connect your HR system through the API. Both paths use the same records.

Who can request a formal employment verification?

An authorised business can submit employment claims for comparison with an eligible employer-confirmed record. Arrota does not expose a searchable employee database.

What information can we keep private?

Your disclosure policy controls which eligible fields may be confirmed automatically, which require review and which are never disclosed.

What happens when a request cannot be matched?

Arrota returns the appropriate outcome without revealing the employer’s stored value. Requests that require employer review can be routed back to the organisation.
